I don't make these things up. I don't have to.
This one is from Kraft Foods' website. No link. I can't bring myself to link to it.
Braunschweiger Bagel Topper
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Braunschweiger
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
3 cinnamon-raisin bagels (3 inch), halved, toasted
2 medium Gala apples, sliced
MIX braunschweiger, dressing, salsa and mustard until well blended.
SPREAD bagel halves evenly with the braunschweiger mixture.
TOP with the apple slices.
Do check out Jim Earl's website, though, as it's why I went looking for this recipe.

I love your posts on the Morning Sedition blog. (I guess you could say I'm a fan!!)
But I have to admit to being strangely drawn to this recipe. Isn't it kind of like watching a train wreck? It's a complete disaster of mis-matched flavors and food that's really, really bad for you in ridiculous quantities, but still, I can't help thinking about what it would taste like.
I'm thinking of taking your brie in pastry recipe to a friend's house next weekend. I'm not sure how well the "twisting" is going to go, but we'll see.
Are you sure that this is worse than the Spam Bites recipe you sent me? I think it may well be a tie...
Ooooh, I need that brie in pastry recipe that Anna mentions. Pretty please with carmelized onions on top?
The brie in pastry recipe is just further down on the page. It's heavenly...even if you don't believe in heaven!
